The campaign of fining the owners of vehicles without side mirrors and helmets, which has worked since the earlier August, is still keeping its work actively along the streets. According to Samdech Hun Sen's recent speech on 12 August, it urged the citizens to continue abiding by the traffic law, and Samdech noted that the carrying out the law could not go backwards.
