Notification on Taking Actions to the Prevention of New Flu, A (H1N1)
The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training would kindly like to inform ladies and gentlemen as well as the directors of companies, factories, enterprises, establishments that the Ministry has just received information about the infection case of new flu, A (H1N1), having occurred to a worker of Blue Sam Factory, located at Pot Sor commune, Batie district, Takeo province since July 27, 2009.Recently, two other workers of Gold Fame factory have been infected from this severe disease in Kandal province. In order to prevent the worldwide spread of this disease, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training would highly make a suggestion to all ladies/gentlemen to follow the implementation procedure and provide guideline principle to all workers/employees with the following recommendations: The Symptoms of Bird Flu A(H1N1): The symptoms of flu A(H1N1) are similar to the simple flu, and they appears as :having immediate high temperature (38CÂș), having headache, feeling exhausted, having cough, having sore throat, having runny nose, feeling dizzy, feeling vomiting, and having diarrhea (Sometimes). Recommendations on the prevention of the widespread of disease A(H1N1) In order to protect yourself and the others, all the workers/employees should exercise activities of the good health habits and also present your relatives or your neighbors these good activities such as: - Covering your nose and mouth with tissues or hand when coughing or sneezing - Washing your hands often with soap - Never spit in public 5 useful keys to have a safe food and to prevent the spread of disease from unsafe food In order to be safe and free from the infection of food, we should implement these key factors: 1. Always be neat and clean 2. Separating away between the raw and cooked meat 3. Cooking properly 4. Keeping food in safe temperature 5. Using clean water and safe materials In case of any suspicions about having the new type of this disease, especially for the workers/employees, having traveled into the areas with disease infection, and they have any symptoms as described above, please immediately contact hotline number of the Ministry of Health: 115 or 012 481 981 or 089 669 567 to get the recommendations or treatment on time.
